ΤΟΜΗ — TOME (τομή, a cut). An observation instrument for Mito: measured terrain carrying rivers, railway and the 1945 burn extent, cut by a non-linear time axis from the year 700 to now. The railway entered the castle moat in 1889; structures appear, collapse and return — one never does. Each layer declares whether it was measured, derived or estimated. First of the ΤΟΜΗ series, an instrument of SEISMOSCOPE.

CRITERIA 03 — LETHE (λήθη, oblivion). A white black hole rendered as particles, read in real time as dot-matrix glyphs; drifting scouts measure velocity and luminance, and the irreversible rise of entropy is logged. What falls into oblivion is measured before it is lost — and a light returns. Third of the CRITERIA series, an instrument of SEISMOSCOPE.
